- We accept returns from your customers and check whether the products can be resold. Items that can be resold are sent back to the warehouse. Defective items are destroyed or are collected up to be sold at a discounted price.
- We credit the goods according to your specifications, taking reference figures into account. The credit note results in inventory posting.
- The credit notes are given to the customer accounting department.
